• House is split level and there are about 4 stairs from top to bottom. There's also a ramp to access the property and no baby gate on stairs. • If bringing pets you must include this in your booking. • Cabin is at rear of property and you need to go down quite a few stairs between house and cabin in the backyard. • Air-con is the main house living room. All bedrooms and cabin have fans. • Please note we don't supply firewood. • Please be aware as you're surrounded by some beautiful trees and bushland it can be normal to encounter some spiders and bugs. We do regular pest control to try and control this. • STRICTLY NO PARTIES!
